According to Chinese astrology we are about to enter a powerful year. The highlights include continued economic growth and excitement in financial markets, but also political instability leading to more international conflicts. Overall, the year will bring optimism, change, and adventure.
The year of the Wood Horse officially begins on February 4th. The Wood and Fire elements this year are in harmony but both are powerful and difficult to contain so expect a lot of excitement and instability. This is not a good year for contemplation, planning, or procrastination. Those who are able to make fast decisions and act on them will be rewarded with success as the Horse itself is a symbol of victory.
Flying Stars change their position on February 4th so it is advised to review your house chart to harness the luck that the year brings and make sure you are not positioned for unexpected difficulties.
If you had your cures placed for 2013 remove them before February 4th. If they worked well for you then they likely absorbed some negative energy and should be recharged to remain effective.

The effects are neutralized with a strong metal element. Classical remedies include the five elements pagoda, kalachakra stupa, and a six-rod wind chime outside.
If this star falls at your front door, bedroom or kitchen, you may need some additional cures or considerations. If it falls into your bedroom it is advised to move into an alternative bedroom if at all possible.
