If you’re like me then by now you’ve had enough of this long cold New England winter and are craving warmth, sunshine and more energy!  Luckily, there are some things you can do with feng shui to boost your wellbeing before the warmer days arrive.  Here are some things you can do right now to energize yourself and your space.

1)      Get rid of any clutter that’s piled up over the last few months, especially around the entrance and in the bedroom. I am absolutely convinced that clutter contributes to depression, anxiety, and a lack of energy.

2)      Get a new plant. Plants bring healthy fresh chi to your home.

3)      Add some colors:

–          Red and orange for inspiration and vitality

–          Yellow for improving communication and mental activity

–          Green for balance, peace and healing

–          Blue for inner peace and calmness

4)      Put up some inspiring art, posters or photos that you’ve taken on a memorable trip.

5)      Energize these sectors of your home or a given room:

–          East: plants, images of nature, greens and blues to support your health

–          Southeast: images of your dream vacation spots to connect with what you want

–          South: reds and crystals to energize your fame

–          Southwest: water features for wealth and career luck
